BATON ROUGE APA SUMMER 2025 SESSION TRI-ANNUALS


 So you're the best in your division, but how do you match up against other teams from the Baton Rouge area for that session.Teams compete in 12-18 week sessions to see who finishes in the top of their division. At the end of each session, our top teams in each division then compete in their Division Playoffs. These playoffs are played in a Single-Elimination format and the winners advance to our Session Tri-Annuals, 


Our Session Tri-Annuals are played in the same Single-Elimination format and are held during the following session. The winning teams of these Session Tri-Cups earn WQ awards and are qualified to play in our year end World Pool Qualifier to be held at L'Auberge Casino!!To learn the eligibility requirements for our Session Tri-Cups, check out our local Bylaws which can be found by clicking on the "RULES/BYLAWS" link in the top menu of this page.

The following links will be updated at the end of each session to reflect which teams are qualified and which players are eligible for their Session Tri-Annuals. Please note that some links may be in-active, until updated for the current session, or they may still have previous Session Tri-Annuals info still attached.

EVENT SKILL LEVELS
Event Rosters   -    FOR ELIGIBILITY PURPOSES ONLY -  Players should participate at either their current skill level or qualifying skill level at the end of the fall session - whichever is higher. Adjustments may be made prior to the event. Listed players must have played a minimum of 4 matches with your team during that SPRING 2025 session to be eligible to participate. - if a male is showing as a skill level 1, disregard as they are required to participate at a sl 2 minimum.
 
 
 
 
 

NOTES

This is a single elimination event. Teams will compete for WQ awards and WQ qualifications for the winners..

One timeout per player, per rack

 Sudden death is in effect - 9-ball - teams must be in fifth individual match by 3 hour mark or sudden death rules apply - ball counts are doubled. 8-ball - teams must be in the fifth individual match by the 3:45 mark or sudden death rules apply - subsequent matches are comprised of two racks max. First rack is worth 2 points to winning team. Second rack, if necessary, is worth one point. The winner of the first rack is considered winner of the individual match should tie breaking scenarios be required.

 

One minute sand timers will be used for all time outs. Please return to control desk along with your scoresheets immediately following your match.

Eligibility info
Players must have played four times with your team in the SPRING 2025 session to be eligible to compete in this event  . Your roster used will be the roster with which your team qualified, not your current session roster. Skill levels will be the higher of the two between current and qualifying skill level.
